We aim to offer our patients the best service and the shortest waiting times. In an effort to minimize waiting times, we rely on the credibility and resilience of our clients. If we book and confirm an appointment and a patient fails to show up to the scheduled time, the clinic loses out not only financially but also the precious time of our staff. In case of waiting for a no-show, the clinic could instead schedule other patients and resolve their issues. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you can not make it to an appointment!

    If you are suffering from acute swelling or infectious diseases such as Herpes, please let us know at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, so that we can move your appointment to a new time.  Patients that are currently suffering from an infectious disease can not be treated by our dentists, and will first have to get it treated.
