Eligibility

Any registered patient of City Dental Clinic and City Aesthetic Clinic who exclusively uses the services of these two clinics is eligible to join the Loyalty program. If a patient uses the services of another dental or aesthetic clinic, they automatically forfeit their entitlement to the benefits of Loyalty program membership.

Membership Requirements

Membership in the Loyalty program is conditional upon registration and the publication of a review on Google. New patients cannot become members. Patients can only become members after completing at least one visit to City Dental Clinic or City Aesthetic Clinic.
